Coverage Line is a service of MS Dream Solutions LLC, 440 Cobia Dr Unit 1101, Katy, TX 77494 ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- From website visitors: name, agency name, phone number, email and anything you type in our forms. Basic usage data like pages viewed, browser type and the link that brought you here.
- From agencies we serve: caregiver rosters, schedules, on-call contacts and account details.
- From calls and texts we handle for agencies: caller phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts and messages. This may include health information, which we protect under our Business Associate Agreements.
How we use information
- To provide the service: answering calls, booking consultations, sending shift texts and placing calls to caregivers.
- To respond to demo requests and support questions.
- To improve and secure the service.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Coverage Line, such as cloud hosting and voice providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We don't sell personal information.
Health information
When we handle calls for an agency, we act as that agency's business associate under HIPAA. We use and protect that information only as our Business Associate Agreement with the agency allows.
How long we keep information
While an agency uses Coverage Line, we keep call recordings and transcripts for 90 days and morning reports for one year. When an agency cancels, we offer a free export and delete its data within 30 days. Information you send through our website form is kept while we talk with you about Coverage Line, and we delete it when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing dawoodk@getcoverageline.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
