Why I built it
I kept hearing the same story from home care owners. The business runs well from 9 to 5. Then the office closes and the phone becomes the owner's problem.
A family calls at 9 PM about care for their dad and gets voicemail, so they call the next agency on the list. A caregiver calls out at 5 AM, and the owner is the one who wakes up, starts dialing and hopes someone says yes before a client is left alone. I saw it while building Careflow, an AI front desk for healthcare that I later sold. I saw it again working with home care agencies on CareHalo360.
I work by one rule: problem first, technology second. The problem here is simple. Agencies lose families and sleep after hours. The technology only matters if it fixes that without adding work, so Coverage Line is set up for you, priced so it pays for itself with one new client and built so you can see every call it took in the morning.
That isn't a staffing problem you can hire your way out of. Night calls come at random, and nobody wants that job. So I built a system that takes it.
What I've built before
I've been writing code for 32 years. Before Coverage Line, I built Careflow, an AI front desk for healthcare that handled calls, texts, scheduling and insurance checks. It was acquired by another company. Coverage Line takes what I learned there and focuses it on one job for one kind of business.
